Privacy Policy — FreeTrack

FreeTrack ("the app") is a freelance income tracker developed by Hussain. This policy explains how the app handles information.

1. Your financial data stays on your phone

All information you enter — income, expenses, clients, amounts, fees, notes, and settings — is stored only in local storage on your own device. We do not have servers. We never see, collect, or receive your financial data. It never leaves your phone unless you choose to export and share a file yourself.

2. No account required

There is no sign-up or login. We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifier.

3. Advertising

FreeTrack displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect and process:

• Advertising ID
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Device information (model, operating system)
• App interaction data related to ads

This data is collected by Google, not by us. Your financial records inside FreeTrack are never shared with advertisers. Google's practices are described in its Privacy Policy and its partner policy.

4. Consent and ad personalisation

Where required by law (including the EEA and UK), FreeTrack shows a consent form before personalised ads are served. You may change or withdraw consent at any time from the app's Settings. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings.

5. Internet access

The app's features work offline. An internet connection is used only to load advertisements.

6. Notifications

If you enable reminders, notifications are created and scheduled entirely on your device. No notification content is sent to us or anyone else.

7. Exporting your data

You can export your records as a CSV or PDF file. These files are created on your device, and you decide where to save or send them. We have no access to them.

8. Deleting your data

Uninstalling FreeTrack permanently removes all data stored by the app from your device. Because we hold no copy of your financial records, there is nothing for you to request deletion of from us.

9. Children

FreeTrack is not directed at children under 13.

10. Not financial or tax advice

FreeTrack helps you keep records and estimate figures. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Please consult a qualified professional for such matters.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date above.
