This Privacy Policy explains how the Invoice Maker – Receipt Maker mobile application ("the App", "we", "our") handles your information. We built this App with privacy as a core principle: it works completely offline, requires no account, and your business data never leaves your device.
The App does not require registration, login, or any personal account. All data you enter — including business details, client names, contact information, invoices, receipts, estimates, and your business logo — is stored only locally on your device. We do not transmit, access, collect, or store any of this data on any server. We have no servers. If you uninstall the App, this data is deleted with it.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App displays a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads, in accordance with the GDPR. You may decline personalized advertising and change your choice at any time.
On any device, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with anyone. The only third party involved is Google AdMob, strictly for the purpose of displaying advertisements as described in Section 2.
Because your invoicing data is stored exclusively on your own device, you have full control over it. We recommend protecting your device with a screen lock. Data remains on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. We retain nothing, because we receive nothing.
The App is a business utility intended for adults and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App and information was collected via the advertising SDK, please contact us and we will assist as appropriate.
The App requests only the minimum permissions necessary: internet and network state access, used solely for displaying advertisements. The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, SMS, or call logs. Selecting a business logo uses your device's system photo picker, which does not grant the App access to your photo library.
The App is available worldwide. Regardless of your location, the same principle applies: your business data stays on your device. Advertising data handled by Google may be processed in countries where Google operates, subject to Google's safeguards and policies. Users in jurisdictions with specific privacy rights (such as the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California) may exercise applicable rights regarding advertising data directly through the consent tools described in Section 3 or by contacting us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when adding new features. The current version will always be available at this page, with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
